Return and exchange service
-Generally, we only accept return and exchange of goods, once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, and it cannot be refunded;
-Customers can enjoy a 7-day product exchange period, which is 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods by receiver (or receipt by other people);
-Replacement service is only limited to the functional problems of the goods. (Not include damage or loss caused by man-made or misuse)
-Returned goods must be in a brand new state and packed properly in a state that it can be sold again or returned to the factory, otherwise they will not be accepted;
-Our shop has the right to return and exchange goods of the same model but of different colors;
-In case of any dispute, Zeta reserves the right of final decision. For other terms and conditions, please refer to the terms of use.
Return and exchange procedures
-If your product meets our return policy, please call or email the customer service officer to apply for a replacement during the return period;
-After receiving the application, our shop will conduct a preliminary review based on the product information (pictures/videos, etc.) provided by you;
-After the initial application is accepted, we will notify you by email or phone, you must bring the goods within the specified time, and visit our store in person during business hours for defect or damage identification;
-If the applicant fails to complete the exchange procedures within the specified time, it will be treated as abandoning the application.
